'The following licensure data is not to be used for primary source verification.' South Dakota does not include its license numbers in FSMB data, and does not display them on the web. They only offer them as a paid ($4/ea) verification service, which credentialers do say they buy. HOWEVER, it is possible to obtain an ID — not the license number — from the page when scraping which can be used to deep-link both to the profile and, more importantly, to the checkout page for a verification.

If a licensee has multiple public disciplinary actions, there will be multiple rows generated for the licensee in order to list each case attached to the license record. -- 1. Download buttons ids are generated dynamically; need to open "available roasters to download" page, select all checkboxes, follow to the next page and iterate over each button with "download" text. 2. You can't get to the profile permalink from the downloaded report as the record ids are not exposed them. We would need to crawl/search all the records to obtain them first if we wanted to refresh an ability to refresh a single profile -- 1. Do we need to convert the data to json or CVS/Excel is sufficient?2. After initial "anti-bot" validation, we can download the entire set of records which includes License Number as a unique identifier for profile details page 4. This page has a very strong validation (verification before each request), but also it has a weakness - 2/3 of times the question is based on dice or cards and those images can be handled with a computer vision algo recognizing digits and/or number of dots on dice.
